UGA SPOTLIGHT ON THE ARTS

For the first time this year our group performed at UGA's Spotlight on the Arts! The Spotlight on the Arts festival showcases the extraordinary people and programs that define the arts and humanities at the University of Georgia.

FALL CONCERT

At our fall concert this year we performed many amazing peices such as the Mama Mia Medley. Other songs we performed included Natural Woman, Falling Water, and I Will Survive. This year we had UGA Kalakaar perform with us which is UGA's South Asian co-ed Acapella group and we performed at The Studio.

COOKIES AND COCOA

Every year we get the opportunity to perform for The Alumni Association's and Woman of UGA's Cookies and Cocoa event! We love coming to this event and taking pics with Harry Dawg and decorating cookies.

CHRISTMAS CONCERT

This year for our Christmas concert we perfomed with the UGA Accidentals in UGA's school of music. We sang many fun Christmas favorites including All I Want for Christmas, Let it Snow, Underneath the Tree, and White Christmas.

ICCAS

Every other year we compete in the ICCA'S a multinational acapella competition! Each year regionals is held in Athens in the Morton theater. This year our group performed a set with the theme sunlight. Our 3 song set included the three songs Solar Power by Lorde, Ain't No Sunshine by Bill Withers, and Sunlight by Hozier. 
In 2013, Noteworthy received two awards in the regional quarterfinals of Varsity Vocals' International Championship of Collegiate a Cappella: Best Vocal Percussionist (awarded to junior Erin Notarthomas), and Third Place Ensemble.
In 2017, Noteworthy received 2nd place in the regional quarterfinals Varsity Vocals' International Championship of Collegiate a Cappella and moved on to semifinals. This is the first time Noteworthy has been able to move on to semifinals.
